Why not bring a favourite book to life with a dimensional scene display.
My new books have interchangeable scenes with the images being taken directly from
the book itself.
The scenes are heavy card stock which are built up to approximately five layers.
Each scene can be removed and replaced with another.
The area on the book for the scene contains a painted wooden box like structure which
has four LED lights installed and is powered by two button cell batteries. This area can
also be used to house keepsakes or other ephemera.
A trimmed perspex window can be removed to change the images or contents.
Gold leaf has been used for the page edges. I have a choice of gold, silver or bronze
for the leaf.
Some books are further decorated with tassels, corners and roses.
The books vary in size.
I am able to make personalised books using your own images.
Sound can be to added the books…audio from the novel chosen or your own personal
dialogue such as wedding vows or the happy chatter and laughter of your children.
